FAQ

A brushless diaphragm pump, stated plainly.

The PEILI 605 is a brushless, variable-speed diaphragm pump for reverse-osmosis and commercial water systems. Model PL-605-1200WS is rated AC 115 V / 230 V, ≥ 4.8 L/min, outlet max 150 psi.

Brushed booster vs 605 brushless

A brushed RO booster still uses carbon brushes. The 605 keeps that pump-head family and replaces the motor with a rotating field and a driver board.

What is the PEILI 605 brushless pump?

The PEILI 605 is a brushless, variable-speed diaphragm pump for reverse-osmosis and commercial water systems. The released model is PL-605-1200WS. It uses a BMC-encapsulated stator, a magnetic isolation sleeve, and the shared 605 pump head. Speed, flow and pressure are set from the driver, not locked to a brushed winding.

How does a brushless RO booster differ from a brushed one?

A brushed RO booster commutates on carbon brushes. It sparks at the commutator, sheds brush dust, and locks speed to voltage. The 605 brushless pump has no brush contact, so there is no spark and no brush set to wear. Speed is an external signal on the driver. The wet end stays the 605-family diaphragm head, so ports and mounting can remain in an existing layout. The system is a pump plus a driver board, rather than a pump plus only an adapter.

Which driver does the 605 head use?

Three kits ship with the platform. Model 1 takes a DC 24 V / 36 V bus for systems that already have that rail. Model 2 takes AC 115 V / 230 V directly, with no external adapter, and provides a 24 V / 36 V auxiliary output. Model 3 takes the same AC mains and adds an external speed signal that sets motor speed, flow and pressure. Published driver facts: motor output DC 310 V / DC 150 V, mains terminal N / L on the AC kits, auxiliary output DC 24 V / 36 V.

What are the rated voltage, flow and pressure of PL-605-1200WS?

PL-605-1200WS is rated AC 115 V / 230 V, current ≤ 0.9 A, power ≤ 120 W. Rated flow is ≥ 4.8 L/min, with a published flow range of 2.5–7.5 L/min at 100 psi. Outlet pressure is max 150 psi. The rated operating point on the nameplate is inlet 30 psi / outlet 100 psi at 1,300 r/min. Driver kits also support a DC bus input.

Does the brushless pump keep the existing 605 pump head?

Yes. Ports, mounting and the 605-family diaphragm head stay in the family PEILI already ships to purifier brands. The change is the electromagnetic drive — segmented stator, BMC overmold, magnetic isolation — and the driver board in the system BOM.

Who manufactures the PEILI 605, and where?
