A brushless RO booster for under-sink and light-commercial chassis.

A reverse-osmosis booster is a diaphragm pump that raises feed pressure into the membrane. PEILI’s released model, PL-605-1200WS, is a brushless, variable-speed diaphragm pump for residential large-flux and light-commercial RO: AC 115 V / 230 V, rated flow ≥ 4.8 L/min, outlet max 150 psi. Speed, flow and pressure are set from the driver. There are no carbon brushes and no commutator spark.

Commercial & residential RO

What changes on an RO chassis

Tankless, high-flux and commercial machines run longer duty cycles than a small under-sink tank system. A brushed booster still works; it also sheds carbon, sparks at the commutator, and locks speed to voltage. The 605 keeps the pump-head family PEILI already ships to purifier brands and replaces the motor with a rotating field. Ports and mounting can stay. The system BOM is a pump plus a multi-function driver, not only a pump plus an adapter.

  • No carbon-brush contact — no spark, less brush dust in the cabinet.
  • Flow 2.5–7.5 L/min at 100 psi, trimmed from the driver so one drawing can cover more than one SKU.
  • Outlet max 150 psi; rated point inlet 30 psi / outlet 100 psi at 1,300 r/min.
  • Shared 605 diaphragm head for an easier drop-in on an existing layout.

Rated data on PL-605-1200WS

  • Model: PL-605-1200WS, BMC brushless variable-speed diaphragm pump
  • Voltage: AC 115 V / 230 V; driver kits also take a DC 24 V / 36 V bus
  • Rated flow: ≥ 4.8 L/min; flow range 2.5–7.5 L/min at 100 psi
  • Outlet max: 150 psi (~10.3 bar / 1.03 MPa)
  • Rated point: inlet 30 psi / outlet 100 psi, 1,300 r/min
  • Power ≤ 120 W, current ≤ 0.9 A
  • Pump head: 605-family diaphragm head
  • Motor: BMC-encapsulated stator, magnetic isolation, no carbon brushes, no spark

How the factory qualifies the wet end

RO cabinets slam inlet valves and tank switches. That spike is water hammer, not the 150 psi nameplate. Jiangmen type-tests the 605-family head at 3.5 MPa burst and 1.2 MPa water hammer for 120,000 cycles, then runs a life bench. Burst is a qualification of the head, diaphragm and joints — more than three times the nameplate — not a new working pressure for the OEM.

  • Type-test burst: passed 3.5 MPa (~35 bar / 508 psi). That is not the working pressure.
  • Water hammer: 1.2 MPa for 120,000 cycles, then leak, flow and pressure re-checked.
  • Life / endurance run under load on the Jiangmen comprehensive stand.
  • Every serial unit still goes through nine outgoing benches: air tightness, mechanical properties, flame retardance, flow, noise, pressure, load, hot/cold, material reliability.
Is PL-605-1200WS a reverse-osmosis booster pump?

Yes. It is a brushless, variable-speed diaphragm pump for residential large-flux and light-commercial reverse osmosis. Typical use published on the nameplate family is RO boost, commercial purification and dispensers.

What voltage and flow does the RO booster use?

AC 115 V / 230 V. Rated flow is ≥ 4.8 L/min, with a published range of 2.5–7.5 L/min at 100 psi. Outlet max is 150 psi. Driver kits also support a DC 24 V / 36 V bus.

Does a brushless RO booster keep the existing 605 pump head?

Yes. Ports, mounting and the 605-family diaphragm head stay. The change is the BMC-encapsulated stator, magnetic isolation, and the driver board in the system BOM.
