Onboard fresh-water boost and self-prime, without brushes.
An RV or yacht fresh-water booster is a compact diaphragm pump that lifts tank water and holds pressure at the tap. PEILI PL-605-1200WS is a brushless, variable-speed diaphragm pump on the 605 head: AC 115 V / 230 V, rated flow ≥ 4.8 L/min, outlet max 150 psi, with published boost and self-prime on this platform. Driver kits also take a DC 24 V / 36 V bus for systems that already have that rail. No carbon brushes, no spark.

What the onboard system actually needs
Coach and yacht loops are tank-fed, not mains-fed. The pump has to self-prime, hold pressure, and run on the electrical rail the boat or vehicle already has. Model 1 of the PEILI driver takes DC 24 V / 36 V. Models 2 and 3 take AC 115 V / 230 V and can provide a 24/36 V auxiliary output for neighbouring loads. Speed can be trimmed so shower and galley do not share one fixed winding.
- Published use: compact boost and self-prime for onboard fresh-water systems.
- DC 24 V / 36 V bus kit, or AC 115 V / 230 V kits.
- Outlet max 150 psi; flow 2.5–7.5 L/min at 100 psi.
- No carbon-brush dust in a closed cabin; no commutator spark.
Rated data on PL-605-1200WS
- Model: PL-605-1200WS, BMC brushless variable-speed diaphragm pump
- Voltage: AC 115 V / 230 V; driver kits also take a DC 24 V / 36 V bus
- Rated flow: ≥ 4.8 L/min; flow range 2.5–7.5 L/min at 100 psi
- Outlet max: 150 psi (~10.3 bar / 1.03 MPa)
- Rated point: inlet 30 psi / outlet 100 psi, 1,300 r/min
- Power ≤ 120 W, current ≤ 0.9 A
- Pump head: 605-family diaphragm head

Factory tests
Onboard valves still slam. The wet end is burst-tested at 3.5 MPa and water-hammer tested at 1.2 MPa for 120,000 cycles in Jiangmen. Working pressure on the nameplate stays 150 psi max.
- Type-test burst: passed 3.5 MPa (~35 bar / 508 psi). That is not the working pressure.
- Water hammer: 1.2 MPa for 120,000 cycles, then leak, flow and pressure re-checked.
- Life / endurance run under load on the Jiangmen comprehensive stand.
- Every serial unit still goes through nine outgoing benches: air tightness, mechanical properties, flame retardance, flow, noise, pressure, load, hot/cold, material reliability.
Can the PEILI 605 run on 24 V DC in an RV or yacht?
Driver Model 1 takes a DC 24 V / 36 V bus and drives the brushless pump. Models 2 and 3 take AC 115 V / 230 V. The published pump model is PL-605-1200WS.
Does the pump self-prime for a tank feed?
Yes. Published application copy for RVs and yachts is compact boost and self-prime for onboard fresh-water systems. High pressure and suction are also listed among the platform pillars.
What is the maximum outlet pressure?
150 psi on PL-605-1200WS. Factory burst testing is 3.5 MPa and is not the working rating.
