Mains boost versus a fixed-speed winding

Garden watering and household pressure share one problem: the inlet is not a laboratory 30 psi. A brushed booster is locked to its winding. On the 605, the driver trims speed so the same pump can hold a hose without running the full 7.5 L/min point, or lift a weak riser toward the 150 psi outlet ceiling. The 605 head, BMC stator and magnetic isolation are the same parts used on the RO platform — this is not a different wet end.

Factory tests

• Type-test burst: passed 3.5 MPa (~35 bar / 508 psi). That is not the working pressure.
• Water hammer: 1.2 MPa for 120,000 cycles, then leak, flow and pressure re-checked.
• Life / endurance run under load on the Jiangmen comprehensive stand.
• Every serial unit still goes through nine outgoing benches: air tightness, mechanical properties, flame retardance, flow, noise, pressure, load, hot/cold, material reliability.
