Why variable speed on a sparkling line

Soda makers and sparkling dispensers do not all want the same flow. A brushed motor locks speed to voltage. On the 605, an external signal on the driver sets motor speed, so the same pump drawing can serve more than one dispense SKU. The wet end stays the 605 diaphragm head. Food-grade wetted parts are the published contact-water claim — not a whole-machine FDA listing.

• Flow range 2.5–7.5 L/min at 100 psi, set from the driver.
• No carbon brushes — less dust, no spark, fewer wear parts in a countertop or fountain cabinet.
• BMC overmolding on the stator for rigidity, insulation and a quieter mechanical path than a loose can.
• Three driver kits: DC 24/36 V bus, AC 115/230 V with auxiliary 24/36 V, or AC with an external speed command.

Factory tests

• Type-test burst: passed 3.5 MPa (~35 bar / 508 psi). That is not the working pressure.
• Water hammer: 1.2 MPa for 120,000 cycles, then leak, flow and pressure re-checked.
• Life / endurance run under load on the Jiangmen comprehensive stand.
• Every serial unit still goes through nine outgoing benches: air tightness, mechanical properties, flame retardance, flow, noise, pressure, load, hot/cold, material reliability.
